"Tightly wound, understated and restrained, this has a solid mid-palate but plenty of mid-palate finesse. The fruit is dry and clean—this isn't sweet and fruity—and the tannins are ripe. Even though this is not particularly fruity, as it opens, its pure fruit becomes both enticing and delicious. (...) it will drain fast at the table. It's a great food wine."

The name Grafite acknowledges our winemakers’ artistic signature in these hand-crafted wines. Grafite Touriga Nacional is made exclusively from Touriga Nacional grapes grown on our Douro estates. This wine is intense and complex on the palate, with aromas of wild basil and notes of fresh green peppers and spices.

Dark cherry colour with a pale violet rim. Quite elegant on the nose, with subtle aromas of dry gum cistus and pine needles. Vinous and complete on the palate, with smooth flavours of dark berries and fresh dry spices.
