Churchill's 'Lodge Pops' us back for our Winter edition

Churchill’s ‘Lodge Pops’ is back for our winter edition! Join us this Saturday, from 3pm to 6pm, for a special tasting of three Churchill’s ports – including a very special Vintage from our cellars – paired with national and international cheeses carefully selected by Queijaria da Praça.⁠

This Saturday we will open two bottles of Churchill’s 1985 Vintage Port – of which we have only 160 remaining in our cellar – in memory of her Majesty Queen Elisabeth II. This was the Vintage selected by the Queen for the state dinner to the United States in 2019.⁠

We are a Portuguese company, but we have at our core the celebration of multiculturalism. At Churchill's we have always celebrated Portuguese traditions combined with the British traditions of Johnny Graham's family, our founder. And more recently, we've added some of the North American traditions of Ben Himowitz, Johnny's son-in-law, who joined Churchill's board of directors in 2019.

Through the congregating spirit associated with the cultural traditions of this season, this initiative aims to honor the diversity that makes Churchill's DNA, by celebrating "Thanksgiving" with those who visit the Churchill's Lodge.
